Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All in stock items are processed within 3 business days following placement of the order. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment method is USPS. Estimated domestic delivery time is 2-8 business days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping Locations

TrainerDoc ships domestically as well as internationally.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Returns & Refund Policy

Thanks for visiting and shopping with us. Every effort will be made to ensure you are happy with your purchase. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact us directly for return instructions.

Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us directly for return instructions. Once the item is received, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and initiate a refund for the item(s) to your credit card (or original method of payment). Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your cards issuer's policies.
